Order processing : Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

Order confirmation : An order confirmation will be sent to you by email once your order has been placed.

Return Conditions

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return a product.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

Step 1 : Contact our customer service at littlecords.com@gmail.com to initiate the return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

Step 2 : Once your request is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions for returning the product.

Step 3 : Pack the product carefully and stick the return label on the package.

Step 4 : Drop off the package at the designated location or wait for pickup if scheduled.
