How does shipping work?
Order processing : Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
Order confirmation : An order confirmation will be sent to you by email once your order has been placed.
What are your return conditions?
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return a product.
The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
How do returns work?
Step 1 : Contact our customer service at littlecords@gmail.com to initiate the return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
2nd step : Once your request is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions for returning the product.
Step 3 : Pack the product carefully and stick the return label on the package.
Step 4 : Drop off the package at the designated location or wait for pickup if scheduled.
How do reimbursements work?
Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
I made a mistake on an option, how do I make an exchange?
If you would like to exchange a product, please follow the same returns process and indicate that you would like an exchange.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Who covers the return costs?
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a defective product or an error on our part.
Return costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
